Mary "Aunt Mary" L. (DiPrinzio) Chimienti, 86 a lifelong resident of Collingdale passed away on March 4, 2022. Mary was born in Italy to the late Eugene and Rose (Carulli) DiPrinzio. She worked as a cook at Tony's Bar in Collingdale for over 25 years. Aunt Mary was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. She enjoyed traveling back to Italy, casinos and bus trips. Aunt Mary took pride in her home and yard especially her vegetable and flower garden. She loved cooking for family dinners and holidays. Most of all, Mary loved taking care and spending time with her family. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother who will be dearly missed by all her family and friends. Predeceased by her husband, Joseph Chimienti; daughter, Rose Ann Santoro; son in law, Robert MacIntire; daughter in law, Mary (Reynolds) Chimienti. Survived by her children, JoAnne MacIntire and Joseph Chimienti ; grandchildren, John (Crystal) Santoro, Alicia (Jim) Toland, Joey Chimienti, Robert Chimienti and Nicholas Chimienti; great grandchildren, Gianna, Jimmy, Johnny and Stevey; God daughter, Linda Bluebello and Lucy Noel. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Visitation: Thursday, 9:30 am at St. Joseph Church 500 Woodlawn Avenue Collingdale. Funeral Mass: Thursday, 10:30 am at St. Joseph Church. Interment: S.S. Peter & Paul Cemetery.
