JoAnn M. Vollmer

February 28, 1951 - January 27, 2022

JoAnn M. (Juszczak) Vollmer, 70 a lifelong resident of Clifton Heights peacefully passed away in her home surrounded by her loved ones on January 27, 2022. JoAnn was born in Drexel Hill to the late Edmund and Ellen "Chickie" (Cipolla) Juszczak. She was a loving and devoted wife to John her husband of almost 49 years. JoAnn was a 1969 graduate of Clifton Heights High School. She was a passionate reader who also enjoyed crafting, baking and quality time spent with family and friends. She was an ardent fan of Disney and made the pilgrimage to the Magic Kingdom multiple times dragging her husband along for the magic. Most of all, she enjoyed spoiling her grandchildren and pets. JoAnn was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister who will be dearly missed by her family and friends. Predeceased by her sisters, Ellen Masci and Monica Tyler. Survived by her husband, John P. Vollmer; children, Traci E. Vollmer, Glendon (Tanya) Vollmer, Douglas (Jeslynne) Vollmer and Miranda (Rich McHugh) Vollmer; grandchildren, Heather, Jayme, Jayden, Gavin, Zaida, Dexter, Grayson and Regan; siblings, Ann (Tim) Smythe, Barb Kates, Wendy Zubriski and Paul Juszczak; brother in law, Tom Masci; pets, Junior, Al and Hook.
