John Arcuicci Jr.

John Arcuicci Jr. age 76 a resident of Drexel Hill formerly of Eddystone passed away on February 17, 2024. John was born in Upland to the late John and Desdemona (Iannacci) Arcuicci. He was raised in Eddystone and was 1 of 14 children. John was a graduate of Eddystone High School and proudly served in the United States Army. He worked as a Pipe Fitter for BP Oil Company and Monroe until his retirement. John met and married the love of his life Dolores and moved to Drexel Hill where they raised their children. He was a hard worker not only at his job, but at home with his many projects. John was an imposing figure with a quiet demeanor. However, he was a teddy bear with an enormous heart. He was the first one to offer help to anyone who needed it. John was a family man who spent his nights and weekends attending dance recitals, swimming, baseball and any other function his grandchildren were part of. He never missed an event for his immediate and extended family. John loved fishing especially with his brothers. He was part of a large loving family who were always there for each other in good times and bad. John was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and brother who will be dearly missed by all his family and friends. John was predeceased by his loving wife, Dolores P. Arcuicci; son, John Arcuicci lll; siblings, Ralph (Beverly) Arcuicci and MaryAnn (Fred) Kestner, James M. Arcuicci; brother in laws Howard Coale, Paul Willard, and Nick Deluca; sister in laws, Lorraine Arcuicci, Etta (Matt) Taraborrelli, Elizabeth (Ceasar) DiMemmo. Survived by his children Joseph (Maria) Martino, Denise (Timothy) Rockenbach, Matthew Arcuicci; grandchildren Steven, Nicholas, Katrina, Timothy Jr., Matthew Jr., Shawn, Emily (Tim Schmidt), Andrew, Ryan; great grand-child Kyle; siblings Joseph Arcuicci, Florence Coale, Michael Arcuicci (Karen), Frank Arcuicci, Anthony (Chickie) Arcuicci, Robert (Susan) Arcuicci, Jacqueline A. Willard, Raymond Arcuicci, Catherine A. (Danny) Brock, Howard L. (Jen) Arcuicci; sister in law Annamarie Deluca. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and cousins.
